The Mangalkari Group is a diversified family enterprise focused on investments in the real estate and construction sectors as well as acquisition and restructuring of stressed assets in India.
The Real Estate Division targets land acquisition for residential real estate development primarily in Eastern India.
The group also manages an Alternative Investment Fund to acquire stressed assets in conjunction with Asset Reconstruction Companies as well as directly through Resolution Applications under the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Processes in India.
